Gaming
I love games that give me something to figure out — strategy, teamwork, systems, and the occasional beautifully chaotic problem to solve.
Technology • People • Problem Solving • Curiosity
I work at the intersection of technology, people, and problem solving — turning complicated systems into practical solutions people can actually understand and use.
// ABOUT
My career has taken me through technology education, customer support, enterprise IT, team leadership, healthcare technology, and clinical applications. The technology has changed, but the part I enjoy most has stayed the same: helping people understand the tools they rely on.
I started teaching technology early in my career through instructor-led and one-on-one training. That foundation followed me into enterprise IT, where I learned that great technical work is not just about resolving an issue. It is about communicating clearly, understanding the person behind the request, and giving them the knowledge to move forward.
Today, I work with complex clinical applications and server-hosted systems, collaborating with technical, clinical, and operational teams. I am especially interested in technology enablement, user education, knowledge sharing, technical training, connected health, and making complicated systems easier to understand.
Beyond the terminal
I love games that give me something to figure out — strategy, teamwork, systems, and the occasional beautifully chaotic problem to solve.
Writing is my creative counterbalance to technology. I write poetry and creative work, and I am planning a separate home for that side of my work in the future.
Technology changes. People don’t. I help make the change easier to understand.
